Reevo.ai
Reevo is an AI platform that powers the next generation sales organizations. Since founding on March 15, 2024, Reevo has grown to include CRM, sales engagement, prospect database, and conversational intelligence. Working part time as a product designer, I helped redesign and restructure their meeting center and leads pages to provide a more consolidated and centric view of key information.

Overview
Background
Reevo is built with a team of founders that are world-class Engineering leaders, who have gone through 3 startup exits including DoorDash from $700M in valuation to its $75B IPO. They’ve assembled a team of their best engineers and received $30M in funding from respected life-long advisors. Early stage and growing at an accelerated rate, my work with Reevo had me sitting between two front-end engineers who constantly were communicating about product requirements, constraints, and blue-sky thinking.
Note: I am only able to show and detail a limited amount of information related to Reevo in respect to the stage of the company.
Project 1: Meeting Center
Calendar + Meeting Consolidation
The original Reevo design had two separate pages for the meeting/call center and a calendar view. The goal of this project was to consolidate those pages into one Meeting Center that included a calendar, call list, meeting preview, scheduling link, and search functionality.
Project 2: Lead Page
Lead Widget Exploration
For the leads page, I spent some time exploring different widget designs for Lead Summary, Account Summary, and Leads Notes - three required groups of information that needed to be displayed on the lead’s main dashboard.
Information Hierarchy
When discussing designs with the greater team, we had to decide which information is most important for the user to see upfront. Determining the hierarchy and outlining constraints led to multiple variations of widget cards.
